Poster Girl - Denver Premier of Academy Award-Nominated Documentary

Iraq veteran Robynn Murray and director Sara Nesson will appear in-person to host the Denver premier of Academy Award-nominated documentary Poster Girl.

Poster Girl tells the story of Robynn Murray, an all-American high school cheerleader turned "poster girl" for women in combat.  This film tells the powerful and often overlooked story of the struggles facing women combat veterans.  Poster Girl was nominated for the 2011 Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject.  Iraq vet Robynn Murray and director Sara Nesson will be in attendance and will host a discussion following the Denver premier of the film.
