David Alexander

I enlisted in the U.S. Army from Feb 2002 until May 2007 as a 13F Fire Support Specialist.  I served in the 1st BCT of the 1st Armored Division, stationed in Germany.  I completed 2 tours of duty in Iraq; Baghdad 2003-2004, as well Northwestern iraq and Ramadi from 2006-2007, and was retained in service by the Army for 479 days beyond my ETS date.

I am currently completing a MA program in Political Science at the Graduate Center of the City of NY (CUNY).  My interests lie in US foreign and security policy.
