Afghanistan Veterans Gathering

This year marks the 11th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan. Anti-war resistance from American Veterans is needed now more than ever. The October 7th weekend 2012 will mark the first time that the Afghanistan committee of Iraq Veterans Against the War will have a gathering. Denver Colorado will be the site of this historic meeting. We hope to come to consensus on a name change for our organization as well as a mission and values statement. We will look to the future of GI resistance and choose where we want to go.
